What Carry said is to cover his Government true motivation, namely to appoint as much as possible puppet government serving their policies and interest to occupy the other countries at least to control their properties and natural resources the other countries throughout the world. Mass killing and massacre they did, has done, and will do until unlimited time. Under the facts before and after two World war, the countries have the record in doing war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity are US and its Governments but they may eliminate at least cover their crimes under some instrument they force to adopt by all international members both through GA Resolutions and SC Resolutions. And, as the winners of two world war they may do this easily. More, through their economic, and military power they may dictate their interests and policies to the other countries. By giving grant, loan, and debt to the other countries mainly developing countries, and economically disadvantage countries they may build world opinion as if all of US and its allies free from sins, free from all crimes belong to international crimes and crimes under international law. Therefor, if ICC want to be respected by all of the members of international community, it mus do the fair steps. This may be done by investigating or war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity regardless from whom as the perpetrators. So, both the weak countries and the super power must be investigated. This means all crimes done by US and its allies Governments must be investigated and if ICC find that they may responsible for these crimes. No reasons to free them from this responsibilities. That they US government do not ratify Rome Statute is not the basis to free US Governments and His Circles since all of their crimes they did together or jointly with the ratifying countries. So, their crimes are complicity crimes, and based on the complicity doctrine, all of them taking part in the criminal act must be brought into justice.

Assalamu alakum wr wb.

Our brothers in Islam, in the later days, our brother in Syria face the great difficulties, the extra ordinary calamities in the form hostility between the Syria Government and Its People. It is not a wise, a good attitude to advocate one party and blame, condemn the other. This attitude did not help to solve their dispute, their conflict. To let them, and support a party to resist, to kill the other on behalf of war, indeed an error step.

To hope the Arab leaders to help Syria communities to solve their conflict since they put themselves as the supporters one party, even they invite foreign countries, foreign powers to intervene the domestic affairs of the Syria Country. Therefore, the only hope is imposed by us, all Muslim Communities throughout the world. In our holders the responsibility to safe the Syria Country from this calamity. We may not to ignore their difficulties. They are our brother in Islam, and they are our hope to advocate the interest of Palestine People in facing the cruelty and brutality of Israel in particular and Muslim communities in general. We cannot hope the other Arab countries to do this, after one by one fall in the influence of the West Countries.

My brothers in Islam, we must show magnificence of Islam, the dignity of Muslim ummah as the best communities created by Allah in the world to enforce "amar ma'ruf" and to prevent "nahi mungkar". To support our brother in Islam to do war each other, clearly not belong to "amar ma'ruf", and to suggest them to solve their conflict friendly by using peaceful means, clearly can be not categorized as the "mungkar deed". More over to do war with the peer Muslims has no strong legal basis in Islam. Islam only justify war to do selfdefense, namely to defend our countries, to defend our dignity both our Religion, Islam and Islam Communities. So, the resistance of the Muslims Ummah in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya to expel the occupying countries, the colonial and imperialist US and its allies is a legal act, a lawful war, but war between the peer Muslim ummah is illegal, unlawful war.
My brother in Islam, we, Muslim are the ummah must follow the precedent of our prophet, Muhammad SAW as a "khuluqun azim (the magnificent Ethic)) ". As our Prophet, Muhammad SAW we must behave under the magnificent ethic. We, Muslims must show our steps, our acts, our behaviors in accordance with what our Prophet, Muhammad SAW did. So it is not the correct, the ethic behavior to bump our brother to do war each other, to kill each other; it is not the wise steps to suggest, to pay the group of Muslim to do war with the other; it is not a good attitude to watch our brother in Faith and Islam to kill each other.
My brother in Islam we must show that we are one, only, and only one ummah regardless of our jurisprudence and faith schools, that feel to be painful, suffer if our brother suffer as the calamity, the disaster they face. Therefore, let us show our care for their difficulties, their suffer. To do these, we must not take a weapon, or turn down to road to protest who suggest, urge them to kill each other. This can be done by request the help of our God, Allah SWT, by praying to Him so as to our brother in Syria both the Syrian people and their Government to open they soul, the mind, and the heart of Bashar Al Asad and his people to go through, to use friendly, peaceful means in solving their controversies. This can be done at lest five time a day, namely after completing our prayer to our God, Allah SWT.

Aah you, the members of EU (European Union)  will bring Egypt turn back into Democracy? Is it true what I read? Did not you realize that suffering befallen by Egypt people since their Government apply Democracy, a government system contrary to the Islamic values adhered by the majority of Egypt country? Why does democracy under West concept contrary to Islamic teaching? It is caused that:  democracy? Democracy is nothing but a tool for monsters from US and its allies to do mass killing, massacre in Muslim countries; Democracy is nothing but a tool for monsters from US and its allies to occupy Muslim countries and the other weak countries; Democracy is nothing but a tool for monsters from US and its allies to loot, and rob the natural resources and the other properties; Democracy is nothing but a tool for monsters from US and its allies to destruct infrastructures of the other countries and make them as the project to be build by the US holding companies and must be paid by all of the properties of the other countries; Democracy is nothing but a tool for monsters from US and its allies to sent their forces served as the robbers with the weapons in their hands ready to shot to the people who deny their will to rob their properties; Democracy is nothing but a tool for monsters from US and its allies to make and force war to the other countries so that they may easily to rob their properties. Thus, Egypt is a victim of Democracy  under West concept. Today, Egypt, next many countries will be the victims too. So, let's wait and see..

Dear my brothers in religion and faith, Islam
Indeed your future is in your hand. Your future do not in the other nations. Not in US, and its allies, not in Saudi and Qatari Goverments, but one more I accentuate that your future is in your hand. Therefore, the decision to bring your country, your people toward the better condition depend on you. And, I may be a foreigner for you that may be you consider or part of you consider intervene in your affairs. However, as a Muslims, and as a part of people from the international community members, a part of humankind care to the disaster, the difficulties befall and will befall if the conflict between all parties include military forces may not be solved friendly through peaceful method both under Islamic teaching, and internatinal conventions.
Therefore I think, it is wise for military forces if they serve as catalysator, as the chanel to bring both Ikihwanul Muslimin Party as the winner of the general election and oppositian party in to negosiation. I think, for the interest of all of Egypt people Ikhwanul Muslimin as the winner in the general election putting Mursi as the President must be recognized, conversely, the rest of governmental ministries and the other posts must be shared between all elements of Egypt populations based on the competence and proportionality principles. It is a god step if all parties in Egypt prioritize national and people interests than the interests of theiir parties, both Ikhwanul Muslimin and opposition. To make this dispute to be rageand prolonged will not give advantage for the Egypt people interest. To perform general election likewise is not a good and wise steps since it will waste maney and time. Therefore, for me an exhaustve effort to build national reconcilition more better for the national and people interest than the other steps. I hope all parties in this country want to sacrifise for their nation and people. As, closing remark, I pray for you, all of the Egyp peoples insyaallah you may exit from this difficulty, and your leaders are guided by Allah, our God to the corret road for the independent, sovereign, and peaceful country.

UN MUST INTENSIFY ITS MISSION TO DO HUMANITARIAN ACTION

Humanitarian action like this must be intensified by UN, while the other organs persuade the parties to the conflict to solve their conflict humanely through peaceful means like negotiation, good offices, reconciliation, or through various diplomatic channel and: (a) avoid threat or used armed forces in settling this conflict; (b) block one country or more to create war to the other countries to achieve their national policies or interests; (c) avoid one or countries misuse it resolutions to justify their action to occupy the other countries by hiding their true motivation to occupy the other countries; (d) prohibit and condemn one country or more to urge, support a part or whole of peoples to fight or to rebel against their countries; (e) prohibit and condemn one country or more to train, to hire an to give weapons for one group rebellion or secession movements; (f) prohibit and condemn one country or more to intervene the domestic affairs of one country or more; (g) prohibit and condemn one country or more to do invasion to the other countries; (h) punish one country or more conducting the acts as stated from point (a) to (h).

It is a consequence from the UN leave one or more countries provoke war in one or more countries to be the members of UN. Instead prevent war, UN leave one leading country or more create war to the other weak countries. If this happen continually, in a time not to long UN may be will be dissolved since it nothing but the servant of a strongest country in the world. If UN will be firmed as the world organization that will be loved and maintained by all of its members UN must be able to free itself from the influence of the leading countries. UN must able to serve the interest of all of its members. In addition, UN must do restructure of this organization; review some articles designed to secure the leading countries, particularly the countries belong to the winners of the WW II that automatically to be the permanent members of Security Council; and alienated the veto right belong to the permanent members.

DEMOCRACY BASED ON ISLAMIC TEACHING AND PRACTICE, AND BASED ON THE CULTURE AND TRADITION VALUES OF INDONESIA COMMUNITIED

I'm sorry, I do not discuss what Cammeroon promises for his people. But in this chance I will introduce about democracy in Inslam and democracy in the local culture and tradition in all region Indonesia. First I introduce how Islam teaches government formation and governmental application as practiced in the very beginning of Islamic Ummah (State City, Yatsrib, now Madinah). To determine who will be a khalifah is decided through election, and who get a majority voice will be appointed as the khalifah. Contrary with the West Democracy based on the conflict theory as describe by the Government Parties as the executor of Governmental affairs, and the Opposition Parties, as the parties controlling the governmental affairs by Government, Islam develop collaboration between all elements of Society. Based on this collaboration principle, not only khalifah, but also all elements of ummah impose role and responsibility in accordance with their knowledge and capability. So, all of ummah elements have role and responsibility. Therefore, contrary with the West Democracy in which the winner as the holder of power monopoly in creating government except if a party has no enough vote to form a government, it can form coalition government by asking the other parties to form the government, in Islam the creation of government involve all elements of ummah based on capability, competence and proportional principle. The role of all communities include the non believer especially the Jews community clearly lay down in the Madinah Charter. Based on this Charter all of communities in Yatsrib have role and responsibility in defending, and developing this city state. This Charter likewise give autonomy to all Jews communities to settle the case related to the treachery conducted by their member.
